Aquarium Münster Hexamor is a specialized medication designed to effectively combat intestinal flagellate infections, such as those caused by Spironucleus (formerly Hexamita), in ornamental freshwater and marine fish. These parasites often cause symptoms including weight loss, slimy or whitish feces, lethargy, and in severe cases, can lead to "hole-in-the-head" disease, particularly common in cichlids such as discus.

  • Add 30 drops (1.5 ml) per 100 liters.

  • Continue withholding food.

• Day 3:

  • No medication; resume feeding and reinstall filter.

• Days 4–5:

  • Normal feeding; no medication.

• Day 6:

  • Repeat Day 2 dosage, withholding food and removing filter media again.

• Day 7:

  • Resume normal feeding.

  • Perform a 30% water change and reinstall filter media.
